Three of our student consultants improved and streamlined the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) at Axians. They conducted interviews to identify key bottlenecks, mapped the processes interacting with the CMDB, determined the causes of these bottlenecks, and developed action points to address them. These action points were then implemented in collaboration with Axians to further optimize the CMDB and associated processes.
