Growth in bar tables and stools

Sparx Living makes high tables and stools that are produced in the Netherlands, can be customised in material, finish, logo and size, and last at least fifteen years. At a Sparx high table there is no head of the table: everyone can join the conversation.

At the time of the project, Sparx Living had around 45 customers, mostly private individuals. The company wanted to grow and saw opportunities with businesses and public bodies. Our consultants researched how Sparx Living could grow its market share in the Netherlands and Flanders.

  1. Market and customerThe research comprised industry research and customer research, which also included interviews with customers.
  2. Competition and positioningIn addition, a competitor analysis and product positioning were carried out. The research methods were based on various frameworks, including the DESTEP and ABELL models.
