AI Applications
Student Consultant conducted an exploratory study for Triaspect, a company that provides software, consultancy, and training across various sectors within healthcare. Given the rapid advancements in technology, particularly in AI, Triaspect sought our expertise to address the following question:
Question
Triaspect inquired about the potential opportunities that AI could offer them. With a wealth of data at their disposal, Triaspect wanted to explore additional ways to leverage this data and thus commissioned an exploratory study to determine what Artificial Intelligence (AI) could mean for their organization.
Our Approach
To identify viable AI applications for the organization, Student Consultant first conducted a data assessment to evaluate the quality and structure of Triaspect’s data. Following this, we engaged in both desk and field research to explore various AI applications relevant to Triaspect’s data. These potential applications were then validated through interviews with both employees and clients of the organization. This process highlighted five key AI applications that could benefit Triaspect.
The findings were presented in a final workshop, where several employees gathered at Triaspect’s office to evaluate the proposed AI applications based on five criteria: impact on customer value, technical feasibility, implementation impact, risks, and costs.
Result
As a result of Student Consultant's exploratory research, Triaspect now has a clear understanding of which AI applications could add significant value to their organization. They are in a position to make informed decisions regarding the implementation of these AI applications within their operations.
