Mapping Application Landscape
PostNL sought a clear understanding of its application landscape. Student Consultant provided guidance on optimizing this landscape by first mapping it and then ensuring its future readiness. This project contributes to creating insight into the interconnections of applications within the Data Processing department, making the resolution of sudden issues within the application landscape a less time-consuming process. Additionally, the GAP analysis provides the Data Processing department with the necessary insights to take further steps toward optimization and future-proofing its application landscape.
