B2C Market Research
Nijsen Company, a sustainable producer of animal feed, transforms food industry by-products across Europe into high-quality feed, contributing to a greener climate. At the time of the project, Nijsen operated solely in the B2B market. However, they were interested in exploring the viability of entering the B2C market for animal feed. To support this, two of our student consultants conducted exploratory research through a (I) Macro-analysis, (II) Meso-analysis, and (III) SWOT analysis. This provided Nijsen with insights into competitor positioning and market forces. In a follow-up project, a market entry strategy was developed, focusing on positioning and distribution channels to guide their B2C expansion.
