Completed project: Visma | Raet
Billing methodologies
A team of our student consultants conducted a project for Visma | Raet, a specialist in HR software and part of the Norwegian company Visma. Serving primarily clients in education, government, and healthcare sectors, Visma | Raet offers software products through European tenders. The research focused on complexities in product structures, quotes, and billing methodologies caused by pricing strategies, acquisitions, and long-term contracts.
In collaboration with Visma | Raet, we identified various billing methodologies and analyzed their frequency per client. The study revealed complexity with certain clients, and our advice aimed at reducing this complexity for clients where revenue was disproportionate to the number of billing methodologies. Following the project, we provided consultancy as a service, working on implementations and conducting revenue calculations for the upcoming year over a two-month period.
