Completed project: DSV
Three of our student consultants dedicated two months to addressing a challenge presented by DSV, a global Danish transport and logistics company. Due to DSV’s rapid growth, miscommunications arose as there was no overarching customer implementation process connecting its various departments. DSV enlisted Student Consultant to develop a comprehensive strategy for establishing a new implementation process.
Through structured interviews, the following deliverables were provided:
- A process flow;
- A RACI model to support the process flow;
- A SalesTool for estimating the desired implementation timeline;
- A workshop slidedeck introducing the new process to leadership teams.
This initiative aimed to streamline operations and drive improvements in customer satisfaction and retention.
