Billing Methods

Student Consultant simplified and mapped out the billing methods. Initially, the different billing methods were identified and analyzed. Our student consultants found that some customers had complex billing structures that did not always align with revenue. Following this analysis, our consultants provided several months of support for implementing these recommendations and conducted revenue calculations based on various hypothetical price indexations. This project not only helped Visma | Raet streamline their internal processes but also provided insights into how they could optimize their customer relationships and invoicing structures for more efficient operations.
