Data-Driven Process Analysis
The objective of this project was to analyze specific internal processes. Through this analysis, valuable insights are visualized and communicated to relevant employees. The analysis and dashboarding work aimed to assist APG in becoming a more data-driven organization. The key steps of this project included analyzing the processes, mining the process data, and building dashboards to communicate and visualize the results. For these tasks, our student consultants utilized Celonis, an advanced tool for process analysis and dashboard creation.
