Analysis of Data Usage and Development of a Data Strategy Implementation Plan
Student Consultant worked with Radboud University on analyzing data usage within the Campus & Facilities division. Through multiple interviews with C&F employees and desk research, Student Consultant developed an implementation plan for the data strategy within C&F. This plan provides guidelines for (I) data storage policies, (II) data categorization, and (III) appointing data owners. The plan is meticulously crafted, adhering to universal legal and regulatory standards applicable to universities across the Netherlands. With this implementation plan, Radboud University can establish a working approach that prevents data redundancy, ensures rapid data retrieval, and facilitates efficient collaboration.
