Identifying Potential Products, Services, and Clients
The objective of this project was to provide Yungo with insights into available products and services within the EDN and BIM markets, based on operational and financial feasibility, as well as to identify potential clients. This was achieved through an internal investigation by Yungo into the EDN and BIM markets, interviews with Yungo’s BIM experts, and desk research on various products and services.
As a result, Yungo is able to determine which products and services they wish to offer in these markets. Additionally, our student consultants provided a list of potential clients, enabling Yungo to approach companies within the EDN/BIM market with the identified products from the report.
