Student Consultant has conducted a thorough analysis of the housing market in the Municipality of Horst aan de Maas. The primary objective was to contribute to the municipality's Master Housing Plan, which aims to approve the development of 1,000 new homes by 2025. For each village within the municipality, an individual village plan was created, projecting future development trends. These plans were developed in consultation with local residents, real estate agents from the region, the municipality itself, and Wonen Limburg. The analysis is based on data such as demographic statistics, a survey, and Limburg's housing monitor.
