Student Consultant conducted exploratory research for Triaspect to investigate viable AI applications for the organization.
To achieve this, Student Consultant first carried out a data assessment to evaluate and analyze data quality and structure. Subsequently, through both desk and field research, several AI applications were explored based on Triaspect's data. The potential applications identified were validated through interviews with employees and clients of the organization. This process revealed five key AI applications for Triaspect.
These five applications were presented in a final workshop presentation. Thanks to the exploratory research and workshop, Triaspect now has a clear understanding of which AI applications can add value to the organization.
