Student Consultant has developed a marketing dashboard for Ordina, based on interviews, desk research, and personal recommendations. Along with the dashboard, a handover report was provided, detailing the insights the dashboard offers, the rationale behind the selected data, and guidelines for using and modifying the dashboard. Through this dashboard and accompanying report, Ordina now has: (I) a central overview of its marketing performance, (II) the ability to make data-driven decisions, (III) recommendations on optimizing its tools, and (IV) clarity on which data is currently missing and how it can be collected moving forward.
