Enhancing Customer Loyalty
Our student consultants assisted Heerschap Groep in increasing customer loyalty. Heerschap Groep, a franchise with seven Albert Heijn stores, was transitioning from the Jumbo formula to Albert Heijn. Having previously converted customers into Jumbo fans, the challenge was now to turn them into Albert Heijn enthusiasts. Our student consultants contributed in two main ways:

Professional Store Tours: We organized and executed professional store tours, including planning, implementation, and the development of a comprehensive marketing plan. This involved collaborating with local village and district councils to enhance community engagement.

Promotion of Self-Scanning: We established and executed a strategy to promote the self-scan option within the stores. This included creating a detailed plan, recruiting and selecting a promotional team, and monitoring and analyzing the results of self-scan usage.
These efforts aimed to strengthen customer loyalty and integrate the new Albert Heijn brand effectively.
